John Rowe (Executive Director) - John began leading UESF in March, 2007. He has extensive experience in the areas of addressing poverty and achieving self-sufficiency, including energy, housing, homelessness, tenants' rights and welfare reform.

Brenda Wingfield (Program Director) - Since her arrival in 1995, Brenda has been responsible for the training and supervision of the UESF home office and the community intake sites. With her Master of Social Work degree, she is the primary contact for all grant applications in process.

Timothy Lau (Development & Marketing Director) - Joining UESF in June 2003, he is responsible for all external communication and fundraising efforts. As the organizer for the Special Events and primary fundraiser, he looks to expand the relationships that UESF has with its donors.

Michele Lewis (Technical Assistant) - An original member of the UESF staff, she has been with UESF since the first day. She is responsible for the data entry for each applicant as well as generating reports for various agencies.

Marjorie Glenn (Receptionist) - Since joining UESF in 2000, Marjorie handles the front lines. As the primary contact for interested clients and intake center counselors, she is responsible for applicants to meet the eligibility requirements.

Regina Cobb (Records Specialist) - Regina joined UESF in 1999. Besides her work keeping the central office running smoothly, she is responsible for reviewing and initializing the applications. She ensures that each applicant has presented all of the necessary information for the grant.

Nancy Yin (Accountant) - Since joining UESF in 1999, she has been responsible for the daily financial operations of the organization. She works with the independent auditors and insures accurate disbursement is made.

Emily Montalvo (Program Specialist) - Emily joined UESF as a Development Intern in 2008. A recent graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, Emily is responsible for the intake and processing of grants under the Emergency Food and Shelter Program as well as working as a utility assistance specialist in UESF's Homelessness Prevention initiative.
