Summer is here and there is no better time to tune up your golf swing!
The 12th Annual PECO Universal Services Best Ball Golf Tournament will return to McCall Field in Upper Darby, PA on the Monday, October 13, 2008. Through the partnership of PECO and the utility Emergency Services Fund, the event has raised over $275,000 for low-income families in Philadelphia facing a utility crisis. With the matching utility credits generously donated by PECO, over $540,000 worth of support has been able to assist over 1,200 families.
With the competition growing, this year's tournament will feature several contests of chance on the course. The opportunity putt for $10,000 in addition to the Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Straightest Drive contests complete this enjoyable round.
