UESF could not exist without the generous help of its benefactors. As we begin our 25th year of service to Philadelphia, over $55,000,000 has been used to help low income households to keep the lights on, drink clean water and stay warm in the winter. Over the last 5 years, 73% of our clients have not returned for additional services. Our assistance helps to further independence and the self-sufficiency of families. The organization wants its clients to rise from a struggle with rising utility costs and become efficient users of these resources.

Matching Energy Assistance Fund (MEAF)
PECO Energy is pleased to have an automatic donation fund for area customers. Yearly, utility customers are asked to pledge a donation amount that is added to their monthly bill. |

PGW Bill Stuffer
Through our partnership with the Philadelphia Gas Works, PGW solicits donations for UESF through its bill stuffer inserts. This allows individual patrons to support UESF. |

PWD Bill Stuffer
Annually, the Philadelphia Water Department asks its customers to support UESF through a direct mail solicitation accompanying their bill. |
