Utility Emergency Services Fund (UESF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization assisting low-income Philadelphia families with their emergency utility needs since 1983.

In our service to the residents of Philadelphia, we have provided more than $55,000,000 of assistance to over 130,000 households. UESF is committed to moving its clients to become self-sufficient in its energy needs.

As we help people to meet their utility emergencies, each dollar donated is applied directly to a needy family. Our utility partners provide a match on each contribution in the form of a utility credit.
